Ayòbámi Olúfadéjì is a seasoned emergency physician and healthcare executive with over a decade of experience in innovative care delivery across global markets. He is the Managing Director of Global Development at Redesign Health, leading its venture-building expansion into emerging markets. Previously, he was VP of Clinical Innovation at Carbon Health, where he developed virtual primary care and collaborative care models, and as Regional Medical Director, oversaw the expansion of clinical operations into 11 states. Ayòbámi co-founded Digital Health Nigeria, a grassroots organization supporting the growth of the health tech ecosystem in Nigeria. A Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School, he has received teaching awards and published research on emergency medical education. He holds a BS in Biology (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and an MD/MBA from Dartmouth, where he was a Tuck Scholar and received the Most Outstanding MD/MBA Candidate award. Outside of his professional life, Ayòbámi is an amateur chef and food blogger, an avid traveler, and a sports enthusiast (read Arsenal and LeBron James fan).
